German Law Governing the Disposal of End-of-life Vehicles (End-of-life Vehicle Act – AltfahrzeugG) of 21. June 2002

The End-of-life Vehicle Act transposes the EU Directive on end-of life vehicles of September 2000 into German national law. The core element of the law is the amendment of the End-of-life Vehicle Ordinance which entered into force on 1 April 1998.
